Located between Port Colborne and Fort Erie on the north shore of Lake Erie, Marcy’s Woods is a protected private nature reserve that is comprised of 285 acres of intact Carolinian forest. Marcy’s Woods is located in the northwest quadrant of Point Albino (UTM 543467, map 30L/14), and was named of Natural and Scientific Interest (A.N.S.I.) by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources due to its ecological significance.
